We are so proud of our HDS B.R.I.D.G.E.S. students participation this year in the Joe Di Maggio Children’s Hospital All -Star Program. In order to earn the All-Star School recognition, a school must participate in at least 4 service projects throughout the school year. This year our students were able to participate in this program due to the HDS Foundation Grant funding. The HDS B.R.I.D.G.E.S. students bought gifts for the children in the hospital during the holidays, made cards for the children and brought candy to the staff and parents for Valentine’s Day and lastly donated crafts to the children so they would have something to do while they were in the hospital. We are so proud of the HDS B.R.I.D.G.E.S. students giving back to others and bringing a smile to the children!
